Whether you're a physician or a group of physicians, our goal is to help you enhance your performance and deliver better care to your patients.  At the core of our approach is a structured three-stage process. Let's take a closer look at each stage:

  1. Assess: This assessment phase helps identify areas where your practice excels and areas that require improvement. By collecting and analyzing baseline data, you'll be able to measure current performance.  This will allow you to identify gaps in practice and focus on a process to improve.  An aim statement establishes your improvement goal and motivates teams to make change.  Process mapping and cause analysis are also important during this phase.
  2. Improve:  Brainstorm with you team improvements you'd like to test utilizing the PDSA Cycle.  PDSA cycles are the foundation for implementing your improvement strategy.  Comparing baseline data with intervention data will determine if changes helped improve practice.
  3. Reflect:  After implementing your interventions, it's important to reassess your practice.  This reflection on the changes implemented, allows for sustainability and spread of your improvement efforts.

Through this structured process, our aim is to empower you and your team to make meaningful changes in your practice. Quality improvement is the overarching framework we employ, which seeks to standardize processes and structures, reducing variation, and achieving predictable results. By integrating quality improvement principles into your practice, you can enhance patient outcomes, improve healthcare systems, and benefit your organization as a whole.   Our experienced QI experts are ready to guide you along the way.  Contact us for additional information.
